I understand why people want everything to be unlocked so they can play with everything from the start. But you would also loose that sense of reward by not having that super rare item that took you two hours to find or unlock.

I initially assumed this was going to be about having partially finished (or in some cases fully finished) DLC locked on the disc.  A lot of others who just hit the poll and ignored the thread itself might've thought that way and voted "no" accordingly.

That said - unlocking stuff is, and always has been, a part of gaming.  Yes there should be locked stuff that you unlock through specific actions within the game.
