The fact you had to make a ToS was pretty sad but then again I wouldn't put that past you with it being Nintendo news.

I will not get into my previous bans but lets just say i half expect to be banned everytime i visit this site. Banter is truly dead! 

More or less the same with me, moderation on here seems to be done with subjectivity than objectivity with some posts apparently not going "over the line" when to the public eye they go over the line as a snide and are somehow allowed to pass but the retort to the snide ignored comment isn't, I find that to be a massive flaw in the site's mdoeration system, I find the Escapists moderation strict (like you can't insult people and call trolls) and just but at the same time it's taught people to come up with more wittier ways to insult someone, they still get suspended and warned but perma bans there don't seem to be permenent.
