im not sure if this was sarcasm... i don't think nintendo are worried but just keeping an open mind... before they have a very popular tv show and now that it is not pulling a lot of crowd to watch it, they gave a free app to watch the show. Also, these free apps just to keep their relevancy and not fade in obscurity (ehem digimon)
