Forums - Sony Discussion - Can the Vita pass 10M by this year?

Do you believe?

Yes, Vita power! 37 51.39%

No, doom power! 35 48.61%

Total:72

Possible. My first prediction was 10.8 million, but now, all know that is impossible.

It will all depend on how it does in Japan, but I believe it still can. Only a million to go!

...Let the Sony Domination continue with the PS4...

The handheld itself? It'll be close, but leaning towards no. With PSTV? Yes.

Unlikey. My prediction from over 2 years ago is coming along well.. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=148183

What does a Vita even retail at these days? $199.99?

10.8M is unlikely to happen indeed xD

I make this prediction by March/April, when PSVita was sold 50,000-60,000 on week.

It's part of the Vita family if the most advanced games it plays natively are Vita games.

Does the Vita have any high-profile games coming out this holiday season?

I'm honestly beginning to doubt it's possible for the Vita to reach 10 million by the end of the year. The system is starting to flounder again in Japan, and it's consistently doing dismal everywhere else. It's such a shame, since there was a period of hope where it was doing pretty well in Japan. That seems to be coming to a halt.

I have no doubts it will barely

Thanks for all the great memories!

Idk, are there any big hitters coming out for the Vita that I don't know about?
