I hear what you're saying, but they should have a protocol for someone who already took all those steps before. Not waste my time doing all those steps again... and again... and again.
I'll just say this in regard to the the Bungie fiasco. If I'm having trouble with Halo:MCC, don't send me to Bungie. That was simply the last straw, they weren't listening to my specific problem.
What was the issue? The download is running right now and over 84% as opposed to getting stuck at 31%. I think the solution was simply disabling the sleep mode. I tried it as a last resort because sleep mode never affected previous downloads.
