Hopefully you are trying to learn more English in methods other than reading and writing on this website.

Sometimes I wonder if certain users like Rol can speak as well as they write because that is two very different things. Speaking it seems more useful to me.

I would say your English is already decent. I am almost never left scratching my head after reading one of your posts.

In my defence, his words weren't nice to my eyes either.

On a scale of 1 to 10, seems like you're at a 6 which aligns you quite well with majority of people online, even native English speakers.

By 2015 could be a solid 8 keeping at it. I consider few people to be a 9 or 10 in a language.

You've gotten better, but still really struggle with tone and delivery as most non-English speakers do.
