A while back an article appear on here reporting Patchers trolling for sept NPD like it was fact. A number of other sites did too. A tiny bit of research would have told you it wasn't worth posting as news and especially not making it look like fact. 

Anyway Vgchartz have recently made an article about FH2 sales like they are stone cold facts. This annoys me when it starts getting posted to other websites. Basically the spreading of false information.

NPD stated that 120k copies combine were sold in NA so it's obviously heavily over tracked in this article.

You can do better than this VGchartz! 

They do need to stop labeling Pachter articles (all sites) as "Analyst: (insert prediction here)." It's clearly click bait as no one really believes him at this point on most things so they're not telling you it's him

yes but it really bugs me when they just make up numbers for a game and post an article on it like it was fact. Then it gets posted to other sites like N4G.com and the mis-information spreads. 

Fair eough in some cases but when you have NPD numbers telling you otherwise how can you stick with your own and make it news? 

The article should definitely be clear that the numbers are estimated by VGChartz. I think this is the first time ( along with Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor news ) they do this. nothing to get "sick" about.

i know it has but in this case we have NPD software numbers saying otherwise and they still go ahead and most it. The patcher article on here took the biscuit because william d'angelo obviously knew he was talking shit. Every man and his dog new patcher had gotten it wrong this month.
