Then wait for your never coming Fzero game in vain.

I would rather not have a F-zero game than have one that ruins the series... F-zero has always been about racing, the last thing I want is it going from a racing game to another shooting game...

Nintendo would do it right and make it unique. We don't need more racing games. Or mario games.

We hardly even have any racing games on Nintendo platforms and the racing games we do have are quite unique to each other... Mario Kart is vastly different from F-zero... One is a Kart racing game vs the other is futuristic racing game which have almost nothing in common... We also have fps on Nintendo platforms called Metroid and that is on its way... There is zero reason to ruin the series by turning it into a FPS. Everyone that wants a F-zero doesn't want it for Falcon, they want it for the racing aspect so you take that away and all you are left with is confusion which is the last thing Nintendo needs right now

If F Zero had to have ANY genre other than racing... Only a beat em up would be appropriate.

We do need more racing games. Maro Kart isn't th be all and end all of racing games. And we do need more Mario games. We need Mario Maker and a full exploration based 3d Mario in the vain of Mario 64 and Sunshine.

Honestly I don't know what Nintendo could do with another F-Zero to make it compelling on the market. Neither does Nintendo, from what they say.
FPS certainly seems like the... wrong direction. Where is the impetus for that? Captain Falcon doesn't seem like a character that belongs in an FPS.

A cool FZero U game instead please?

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Not necessarily an FPS, but I'd love an action game featuring him.

This is the crazy out of the box thinking Nintendo needs to be coming up with themselves! Captain Toad is a start.. but not out of the box enough for wow.

Agreed. I actually added action in the op. I just think some Nintendo characters can branch out some. Mario has....

Zelda kart? But with medieval transportation? Or not. Samus sent back to the 1800's on planet earth as a bounty hunter. Etc.

I think Mario has kind of lost his charm by being in so many games. I don't really feel like branching out into different genres means you have to put it into an existing series. It's more about the new game rather than the universe they decided to put it in.

No offence, but this is the kind of stuff that makes me glad you're working at Walmart and not Nintendo.

Let's be honest though, Nintendo could make it work if they wanted to.
