PS4 truly is the successor to the ps2. Congrats to Sony and gaming in general.

Wow, if they do indeed manage 100k in the next year that would put PS4 at almost half of PS3's total sales before it even gets its first price cut (I would presume).

Yeah thats right. And PS4 is actually about the same price as the PS3 or possibly a bit more...

The guys who gave out this info only seem to supply Sony consoles. I'm not sure who supplies/distrubutes Ninty and MS consoles in South Africa. I actually thought it was them, but after reading this article it doesnt seem like it.

But where are all the sales coming from!?

My guess is, a lot of other countries are showing similar growth as well, which makes the massive undertracking make some sense.

lol i would think so...by quite a big margin.

No that big actually, here in morocco, we had 50 consoles on launch day in my local Virgin store, they flew within seconds.

I think we'd have over 40k now but it's mostly imported from Europe. Few "Legal" stores exist here, and in all Africa.
