I don't think so. I'm not sure why people are expecting such huge sales. GTA is very popular but everyone has already played it that wanted it. It will sell well but I;m not expecting more than 5m lifetime on both PS4 and X1.

That would be interesting to see, hard for me to answer given the current market wants to buy remade games so early, but I disagree. I am making this assumption based on TLOU ps3 + ps4 sales.

Personally I don't think GTA5 remaster will do all that well, for a GTA game that is.
For those looking at TLOU the situation is very different. With TLOUR you can assume that a lot of the PS4 sales are either from PS3 owners who never bought it on PS3 or people who never owned a PS3 but have got into PS4. With GTA almost everyone has already bought and played the game. So the nmber of new owners will be very small and the number of people who are into buying ere-release within the space of a couple of years is very small indeed.

A lot of people waited for next gen versions to buy GTA V, and there are also the fans, since the game is a good remake with a lot of new content, it can easily reach 5M on PS4 only.
Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:
PS4: 17m XB1: 10m WiiU: 10m Vita: 10m

Well it's over 9m in under a year and Nintendo games have great legs. Another 3.5m in sales should be expected LT.

uhm.. well, according to VGC GTA is doing better in the weekly charts these days and actually GTA always has strong legs aswell
