Honestly, i don't know...

Lifetime, for now, 3DS have sold more in Japan than in other market.

But all Nintendo console have sold more in N.America than in Japan.

But according to VGChartz, 3DS in Europe sell more than in USA and even Nord America by many month, look last week:

So, where 3DS will sell more?

I said N.America > Europe > Japan ; like other Nintendo console, but what do you think?

No, in the end I agree it will have the traditional division. North America will lead, with Europe and Japan trailing with a similar amount of units sold. Maybe Europe even wins solely because of the population advantage. Both regions aren't even that far behind anyway. Japan is getting saturated, where the 3DS has basically equalled the GBA's lifetime sales already, yet there's still a world to gain in the west. Let's hope the N3DS provides that boost.

This exact week is painting a bad picture for Japan, while in reality, the 3DS is doing much better than that normally. Why would the Japanese buy a 3DS this week when the N3DS comes the week after that? Not to mention that EU and NA numbers are getting an artificial boost from SSB 3DS launch. Overall this exact week paints a much worse picture of Japan than it is in reality.
