Since I've met some people who claimed otherwise I'm asking the community about their perception which of these 3 games had the most hype attached to it prior to release.

Also notice that hype means level of anticipation and number of people anticipating it but has nothing to do with reviews, sales or public perception following release.

Of course the correct answer is Destiny but apparently people exist who think differently so let's see that poll!

I think Titanfall got the most hype out of the three, mainly because it was an XBOX exclusive and it wanted to "revolutionize" the multiplayer shooters. It turned out to be a great game but nobody is talking about it anymore, not even a little.

Watch Dogs came and went and Destiny is still relevant and due to its MMO-esque genre, it will stay relevant for some time.

Hype in what regard? These games sold well and have average to good reviews.

I voted Titanfall. Before its release, the gaming media were hailing it as the next major step in first person shooters, as in it would set the standard for the first person genre. The game took over 60 awards from it's E3 reveal with gaming jouralist's claiming it's the 'next big thing'. Yeh... No.

Destiny got alot of hype but I don't recall the media claiming it was a game changer.

Titanfall came out in a time where there where no games for either console. No game will ever really live up to the hype media portrays. Titanfall is a damn good game and an even better backbone for a new franchise. Destiny was hyped for 2 main reasons, A. no one knew what kind of game it actually was (this ended up hurting it in the long run) B it had so much money invested in it. End result they are both great games and thats all that matters. Watchdogs I passed on because they done lied to me on dem graphics lol

Titanfall is the most hyped game ever for me. "Have you seen Titanfall". Destiny hype was mostly due to Bungie game being on the PS4.

Destiny>Watchdogs>Titanfall

There was more hate threads than hype when it comes to TitanFall.  It still became the highest rated game this generation so far excluding sports games

Destiny is easily the most hyped, and the disappointment following the release shows this

 I agree with Ka-Pi on this one, Destiny>Titanfall>Watch_Dogs.

I believe those were after it released rather than prior to the release or at least what I saw.  I dont think there was a thread made every other day to why it was going to suck or why it was a huge mistake making it an exclusive.   That list goes on and on from AI opponents, to cloud, to EA and MSFT is evil, etc

But im talking primarily about VGC.  I cant speak for other forums
