The majority of people on this web site are Sony enthusiasts; so if we go by your logic it should be Sackboy and the results shows it differently. But it is not... So either everybody is wrong but you... Or Captain Toad is just cutter :) Now obviously some hardcore fans will vote for their favorite character first (which is expected).

In any case I think Captain Toad is way cutter than Sackboy. The colors, I just find the vivid colors of Captain Toad cutter.

Hopefully, even if the majority are Sony enthusiats. Only a small part are hardcore fans that only vote for their console/company/game of choice for the purpose of seeing them win instead of having a very objective oppinion :) So we are safe!

Captain Toad's graphics are incredible and the game is supremely charming. Whereas LBP looks good but I wouldn't call it very cute. Since LBP is a sandbox, though, it's very hard to nail a definite theme, but it does a good job with what it's got so it gets a pass.

Makes no sense. Maybe because brown makes the objects look more realistic or its trying to look like the brown domo plushies? And yes I know Little Big Planet also appeals to audiences older than children. But I think it can get more sales if it tried to appeal to children a little more.

I mean, they could elect to just change the color.  But the standard/default color of a burlap sack is brown.

Ok that makes more sense. But sackboy doesn't even look like a burlap sack.

I'll just trust the developers know what they're doing in designing him.
