Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo has reached the limits of the Wii U hardware?

Erm no. Neither the console hardware or gamepad have been maxed. Zelda might though.

Another WiiU doom article, another day, next!

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

I was wondering where the negativity went. Bayonetta 2 is getting way too high scores for the media to stay positive...

With the WiiU it is about using the cool unique features, raw power is a losing bet, always, for Nintendo, cause we all know the other consoles are beasts.
But imagine how cool a Fallout or a strategy war game would be in the WiiU.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Nonsense.

The system hasn't even been out for two years yet, it takes longer than that to max out a console.

There will be Wii U games still to come that eclipse anything released to far on a technical level.

"The games Nintendo is best known for are cartoonish in nature with a simple soundtrack and heaps of fun combined with challenging gameplay."

Even if everything he said was an irrefutable fact, he lost credibility when he said Nintendo games have simple soundtracks. What a tool.

That made no sense whatsoever.

WiiU hitting the ceiling two years in? Lol, that would be a first.

Graphics in WiiU games are what they aren't usually on other consoles: captivating and colorful

Yeah... another one... getting boring already...

Not with the architecture they are using. there is usually more than 1 way to skin a cat.
