I do not think witchcraft can give a person such a power.
Althought I know fallen angels can change their form and mascarade as women, beings of light and even animals, I do not believe the demons can lend this kind of power to humans.
I know the witchcraft power is mostly manifest in the influence level, in the spiritual level. Like, a witch can invoke a demon to oppress and torment a person, move some objects or even possess a person if the demon finds the openings in the person soul.
But such a power: to change physical form, cannot be assigned to men, so I think this some crazy misunderstood.
Althought this woman can very well be a witch of some sort... But she did not transform into a bird.
