1. PC version doesnt exist.

2. Dark arisen was not a DLC. It was re-release. Full game with improved performance.

Shipped 1.3 million units (VGChartz has it way overtracked) http://www.capcom.co.jp/ir/english/business/million.html, no idea what DA actually sold but 700k+ to push the combined sales over 2 million seems a streatch given the sales of the OG release.
