Guys we cant "look though" anyone's PM's.

If there were PM's used as evidence they would have been sent to us by users.

We can't read private PMs unless they are given to us by screenshot/copy paste/etc.

Mods cannot look into people's PMs. We don't have that ability, not even head mods.

The Pms that we received were given to us willingly.

OK as long as they gave them to you without being asked to first and you aren't able to look through pm's I'm okay with what happened.

You say that as if JayWood2010 was your leader. Sure, he made the Xbox Empire thread, but was he really a leader?

He was effectively the one who allowed other users to come into Xbox Empire and post. Some users who are on this site only came for that thread. While I didn't agree with EVERYTHING he did, he was certainly a leader for Xbox people in that thread, despite your feelings toward him.

There are quite a few people who could restart the Xbox thread, so the Empire will live on. The only thing that came to an end because of this is JayWood's thread.

EDIT: I learned that it's possible to change the creator of a thread, so it isn't even necessary to start over.

It definitely won't feel the same without jay, and some might leave out of principle. Jay's ban will and has had a big impact on the empire.
