i don t know,but you can say that they arent representive,e.g smash bros 3ds had 70k pre-orders and probably have sold in the  first week in usa around 900k-1.2m...:P

Where there is a larger install base and less craps given about the home console version releasing in less than 2 months.
I think your asking a lot of it, I mean its possible but it would damn surprise me given the US' attitude towards dedicated handhelds.
