Dear Goodness.
This is not Islam. This is the work of barbarians.

Sad and tragic.. But when you go to a war-ridden place, you cannot expect yourself exclusively to be spared from atrosoties... When in a war-ridden place, everyone is fair game, aid-worker or not.. His naivety led to his unfortunate demise..

Call it whatever you want, they clearly act like any other fundamental radical Muslim terrorist group, difference is they use the weak status the Middle Easy is in.

(Mainly because western civilisations found it necessary to kill all dictators and tried to install a democracy while this region was clearly not ready yet)

Point is they are not inherently evil, they hate Western civilization and have interpreted the Koran in such a way that they could call their acting is correct.

(Which it clearly isn't but being clouded by hatred feeds fundamental thoughts) So these people aren't really barbarians but just people whose vision is clouded by hate and even if ISIS will be destroyed, without strong governments an even more violent successor will come around.

Because hate towards western civilisations in the Middle East isn't all that hard to generate, neither wilI the Koran being renewed ( Like the new testament within 20 years). Which unfortunately means the Region will be bound in this cycle for a long time.

But saying the beliefs of these people don't have any influence on the way they handle isn't fully correct, although the local circumstances is the main reason which caused the rise of ISIS.

I hope he will be one of the last but I guess there are many more to suffer this terrible fate, may he rest in peace. Ambassadors should really sent western aiders back to their country of origin for their own safety.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

Alternatively, he could have gone knowing and accepting the risks but went to help regardless. That's not really naive, it's commendable.

A potential, highly likely suicide-mission to ease his own need for appearing good to others is not commendable. This man did not know what he was getting himself into, believing his british citizenship to alieviate him from potential danger. Being british and coming from a stable home means nothing, and he was naive for believing it gave him some kind of ticket from experiencing the cruelties first hand.

he would not have gone, if he knew he would end up getting killed.

People write that islam is a kind religion and I know there is some positive beliefs in it but Mohammed can only be described as evil and the actions of IS fit in completely with the actions of Mohammed. He hunted and enslaved people, he had sexual intercourse with a girl of 9 or 10, he decapitated hundreds of people that unconditionally surrendered. He believed it was ok to rape women. To many like Martin Luther he was the anti-christ. The reason islam is the source of such violence and account for a statistically higher proportion of prison populations surely must be related to what is a dark religion. Don't get me wrong I'm an atheist and there is horrific violence in many religious texts but still islam seems the darkest.

In the UK when surveyed 40% of muslims wanted sharia law and a large percentage would not state their preference.

The world needs to try to prevent people being indoctrinated into religion. It's time has passed and it is too dangerous in the modern world.

It's not the Islam which is the problem it is the circumstances in which most of the people which most muslims live. Which is a world destroyed by Western civilizations. If Western country's would filled with muslims and christians would live there and the same course of history happened you would probaly have a Christian State, because the first testament isn't much lighter than the Koran. Hate + Religion or a fanaticus = Genocide

From the survey in the UK, I don't get these people why emigrate to a Western ccountry when you practicly despise the Western culture, which is in most cases the exact opposite of the sharia.

Belgium even has an activist group called Sharia for Belgium, well luckily the EU is way to secure to let something let that happen and way to slow at changing it laws :D.

Your islamaphobic statement full of inaccuracies and lies doesn't help in anyway shape or form in this conversation.

It's impossible to have peace when people on both sides talk crap all day and make up lies about each other. The only thing you are doing is fear mongering, miseducation people and instigating. This makes you part of the problem, not part of the solution.

Sure, blame the west.. Being an islam apologist is one day gonna amount to being the same as a nazi apologist. Be very, no, extremely careful what energies you allign yourself with. Defending evil is not in your best interest.
