A question for you hardcore guys:
When you start a new character, do you have to play through the entire story again, or is it unlocked so you can go patrolling and doing bounties immediately?

You have to play through the story up to Mars to have everything unlocked.

Thanks, but I really cannot suffer through it again...

I thought to kill some time before Far Cry and GTA, but I guess I'll just play Peggle and Bound by Flame instead :)

I'm at 250. Pretty much done with Destiny now that I have Sunset Overdrive. Then its Master Chief Collection for a long time. Playing SO made me realize exactly how shit Destiny's story is. MCC will make me realize how shit Destiny's multiplayer is.

I can definitely understand that.

Destiny is just that amazing good in both PVE and PvP... I wanted to give more time to PvP but O can't find more because I really love raiding.

One of the best MP I ever played in my life... and after Dedtiny I can't back to others FPS again that give a 15 hours max of play time.

I have played the game extensively.

There is fuck all to do once you hit 30 other than make a new character and do it again, and playing through the same missions/strikes/raids repeatedly wears very thin by the third character, before a second is made for most people.

It could be an amazing game, but it needs several more large DLCs to be that, I would advise anyone that currently doesnt like it to try it again in a year or so.

After getting my third char to 30, there is virtually no reason to boot the game anymore.

Yeesh, 250 hours? I don't think I put that much time into skyrim or oblivion, doing damn near all there is to do outside of maybe a couple tiny missions and really out of the way one-shot caves, dlc included, combined.

At least someone can admit it. The repetitiveness of the game is maddening.
