Wii have sold 102,000,000 globally. 13,000,000 in Japan.

XBOX 360 have sold 84,000,000 globally, 2,000,000 in Japan.

Without the Japan sales:

Wii have sold 89,000,000 versus the 82,000,000 of 360...

My question is, lifetime, can XBOX 360 outsell Wii without Japan?

Maybe, but I think this will be a tough holiday and 2015 for the 360. I see boosts from holiday and major releases widely favoring 8th gen

nope. PS3 is lasting much better in the long term it would seem. 360 is pretty dead right now and won't get nearly the developing markets push PS3 is going to get late gen given their focus on NA and UK

Nah I don't think it can pull it off it's selling better the Wii, but not by enough, maybe the PS3 but even that I doubt.
