In the UK it is illegal for any adult to have sex with anyone who is under their authority and under a certain age (18 I think) even though the legal age of consent is 16. So teachers, nurses, Doctors etc who are taking care of someone below that age. It's a good rule but has caused questionable ethics sometimes. There have been a case where a male teacher fell for a student at a school. Because of those feelings moved schools to have a relationship with them (both over the age of consent), which turned in 20 years of marriage or more, but this was found out later in life, it was made public for no reason and he lost his current job which held no hold on his previous life. They are even added to sex offenders register along side rapists and pedophiles, which I think is wrong (people don't think about how they gone on that list they just see the list and assume the worst).

Why is it that when a WOMEN has sex with a underage male everyone jumps into her defense? Had it been two males and a 16 year old female everyone will beg to have them put to death. In the USA were i live females get away with so much and never get prosecuted or held accountable for their actions. And the "New Feminist" of today bash the crap outta males for being indecent and say we rape everyone we come into contact with. This double standard of today If you think the two women in this should go free then release all the MEN who did the exact same thing with the consent of the underage girls

Lets not kid ourselves. When you're 16, you pretty much look as grown as you will ever look in life. You're pretty much done growing at 16 for the most part.

If the student consented to the threesome, then the student should have disciplinary action leveled on her as well.

I support all three involved to get kicked out of the school.

EDIT: I don't know the genders involved at the time of writing the post, and now that I know, I think I made a really dumb mistake.

16 is still high for European standards, isn't it 15 in Germany? It is 15 in Poland. You can have sex with a 14 yo in Italy - that's the European high score I think that the lowest regulated age limit in the World is 8 yo, but I forgot where it is
