So who's gonna win the race?

Vita is currently at 8.87m

Pros: Only 1.13m to go

Cons: Seemingly dead in the West

Wii U is currently at 7.26m

Pros: Potential system seller in Smash Bros, Nintendo usually get a decent Holiday bump, strong bundles

Cons: Zero 3rd party support, little software outside SSB

XOne is currently at 5.5m

Pros: All the 3rd party support, system seller in Halo, MS like Nintendo seem to get bigger Holiday bumps than Sony

Con: A whopping 4.5m to go to the magic 10m mark.

I think Vita, after Wii U, and after Wii U XBOX ONE.

Vita and Wii U should do it somewhat close to each other, XB1 after them

I actually think that Wii U has a pretty decent chance...

Well, considering that the Xbone is receiving far more multiplats than the Wii U, but it's not selling nearly as fast as the PS4 - also with the lack of AAA exclusive games to push the Xbone, I'd have to concede to the Wii U being first. The Vita is pretty much dead in the west, but it's selling fairly well in Japan. So, Japan would be what sells the Vita - but even so, I believe the Xbone would be neck and neck with the Vita at the 10m mark.

Depends on the Japanese Vita Christmas lineup. I think all consoles will come close, it's hard to pick a winner now, we'll be much smarter in January. But Vita seems to be sooooo close.

I will see after these holidays....

WiiU first probably, it will get a huge boost this holiday.

Xbone somewhere in 2015, can't tell when, probably when the ps4 is at 21 millions, so by march/april.

Vita last, because of horribles sales in EU/US.

XB1 >>> Vita > WiiU

Wii U first, assuming it keeps outselling Vita more than twice over (very likely at this point), and then a toss-up between XBone and Vita.

All three consoles will hopefully outsell the Dreamcast, though.
