It's kind of an ivy-leage college, but not quite. Like a sub-Ivy leage or something like that. It's one of the most prestigious universities in the Midwest. There are lots of PHD professors, that is part of the reason it is so expensive. 



 Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

What are you studying? I can understand the cost if you are doing Medicine or an expensive masters. In Canada tuition is much cheaper. In fact, $20-25k a year is what international students pay here, even at the best Canadian universities.

They have really good pharmacy and law programs here, but I'm just studying environmental science.
