I don't know why people are attacking this game. If you don't like the difficulty that's fine but there are those out there who actually enjoy it. There's nothing quite like conquering a seemingly impossible foe! I still only beat dark souls but Demon's Souls is next on my backlog!

Why shake your head? This game is overhyped to the core. It's a game that forces people into an uncomfortable playstyle. I don't want to waste hours and hours grinding a single boss. This is 2014, games should have different difficulties for people who just want to experience a story. 

Games like darksouls need to die. 


What a ridiculous troll post. Souls games have the best level design and precise combat of any games. Add in innovative mp and it deserves the praise...why should we believe u it is overrated when people who played it say othrtwise?  Great innovative games should go away? Please. You have not even played it. 

 

Also you never need to grind a boas for hours or anywhere. It is easy to summon others to help you which makes the game easy, everything you said is lies.

 

There are plenty of casual games to blast through, let core rug gamers have a title. Not every game needs to follow the same template, that's narrow minded.

We already have umpteen million cover shooters, cinematic series, sports games, FPS out our ears, plenty of all kinds of stuff.

Let people enjoy the FROM greatness if they love it. Variety is the spice of life.

How is the game over hyped? How does it "force" you into anything? If you feel the game is not for you then don't buy it...simple. Different games for different people. There are plenty of games with different difficulties with story for people to play. This isn't one of them. This game is MEANT to be hard.....games like this and dark souls need to stick around for us that enjoy that challenge....
