No cure period. Once you've got it, it's all up to how healthy you are and how good your medical care is.

That said, it's nothing like the flu in terms of how communicable it is. Mostly it seems to be exchanging due to unsanitary conditions in Africa.

So based on that the US should be absolutely fine.

Bet Shiken that COD would outsell Battlefield in 2018. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=8749702

For now we are, but it depends on how it mutates in the future.

Meh I'm not worried about it spreading in the US the way it has in Africa. This whole fear mongering of Ebola though is becoming annoying.

I'm not an expert on diseases, but I reeeeeally don't think we're in danger. Unless we're talking about the far, far future.

Virus, not disease. Virus mutate a lot. Mutation take times but a virus is always mutating though. So there is a threat of a worse strain happening but that is still some time off. I would not say far, far future though. But I would say that we really aren't in any danger. Atleast yet.

There are a couple Ebola vaccines, though, I do not think human testing has started yet, or it just started...

Unicorns ARE real - They are just fat, grey and called Rhinos

Good news for Africa I guess, priority for developing a cure will increase now that it can spread to people who can pay for it.
