This has been a heated discussion between PS and Xbox Gamers for years.Some gamers claim uncharted is a copy of Gears, while others say it is just a better game.I  would like your opinion on which is the better game.

Only played Gears of War 1 (couldn't finish it, didn't enjoy it) but satisfying shooting was definitely a highlight. While shooting is solid but nothing special in Uncharted so in that regard GeoW.

As a better game? Easily Uncharted.

Team Fortress 2 on a sever with third-person enabled ;)

Gears of War when it comes to pure gameplay. As a game? Idk.

Can't really say the better game. Two of my most beloved franchises of the seventh gen!

Though purely from the shooter point, I'd say Gears. Gunplay and shooting is the meat of this series, whereas Uncharted chooses a more action-adventure style.

I don't like Gears, but the shooting mechanics utterly embarrass Uncharted's.

I prefer Uncharted's different styles of expoloration, puzzle solving, and light platforming making it a more versatile game.

Overall I prefer Uncharted though :)

I have played Gears of War 1 and 2. I never got a chance to play 3.I liked the gameplay though. 

Uncharted has platforming, so it's more a action adventure game as opposed to a standard TPS.

From what we have seen so far perhaps the closest comparison to gears offered by Sony would be the order 1886.
