Friggin ridiculous naming choice. The 10 shows there will continue to be more versions, so why skip 9? I would have even preferred just Windows, though that would make sense if they just sticking to that version, with constant updates.

I think I will go ahead and buy a Windows 7 laptop, since this isn't launching til next year. Though if they offer a free or discounted upgrade, I probably will upgrade to W10. Looks like a definite improvement over 8.

Screw the Touch, power users are tired of having windows dumbed down for phones and tablets.

Installed the Developer Preview on my laptop. The Start button back is great to have and no more annoying charm bar when you scroll too far to the right. Bit buggy obviously, with just light usage. Great task manager and runs as 'light' on system resources as Win 7/8.

As for the design, I'm still not a fan. The boxes are just ugly to me. Plus the colour scheme is very poor. A lot of the time the contrast of the tiles and the background makes looking at things/reading difficult.
