i loved windows 8,i will adore windows 10, although i don t care for the desktop additions(there are many other changes and improvments)i m looking forward to use modern internet expoler 12.i m fan of metro ui!Guys who liked metro ui dont be afraid,with the return of start menu,metro start screen won t be phased out ;)

I can't believe some of you are knocking the Windows 10 strategy. Microsoft called their 2nd console a 3-60, and their 3rd console a One. Microsoft is just a marketing machine that realizes that consumers can't count either.

Hopefully Windows 10 stays with the usual Good OS, Bad OS releasing. Can't wait to try out the developer preview tomorrow: http://preview.windows.com/

Maybe under settings they will have the option on how streamlined the OS will be on devices i.e desktop, tablet, phone?  Giving the option to see as little or as much on devices from tablets, and laptops, and desktops. I would expect keeping windows phone as the default non optionable OS as it would only benefit from touch response.

I say this because some of the desktop features might be nice to use on tablets running full windows or touchscreen laptops
