I lived in S. Korea at Yongsan for 3 years. In Seoul, they have an electronics market division. The only thing I saw all over the place was posters for Starcraft and Diablo. Every video game shop sold bootleg consoles, and pirated PS games. The store owners always told me that only the Americans (GI's) bought the console games. Blizzard owns S. Korea.

Far far worse than either.  Sony and Microsoft will utterly fail in SK.

These numbers are for ONE STORE at the LAUNCH EVENT.

You know at the launch event in store X sold less than 200 units of Xbone... it is not bad... how many store sells 200 units per day in the world? And it is only at the launch event.

I don't think we can really say from one store. Japan was a weak launch by Japanese hardware standards but is Korea really gonna beat 25k in week 1. I don't know what the market is there but my instinct says no.

Do we have PS4 numbers for comaprison?
