Are you going to sit there and patch all the games to not use the Wiimote? i think not. So suck it up and buy a controller or don't complain. At least they have offered backwards compatibility this generation...

I understand with it being used as a classic, but not many games use the classic controllers. I still think he should suck it up and buy a controller. We are in a consumer culture, it's bound to happen eventually. It's like walking by a pizza place who put fresh pizza out on the display thing. You smell it, you want it, you resist, you see it again you will likely buy it.

I was looking at the virtual console and almost all of them require a classic controller. I'm still going to get it if I decide not to wait for them, but on the other hand, the gamePad functions almost exactly like the classic controller. I don't know, I just don't think either of you were wrong.
