I think the title could be accurate because MS did a exclusivity delivery contract with Amazin in India.

Every Xbone in India seems to be delivered by Amazon.

It says in the article that MS "has exclusively tied up with Amazon for its delivery in the country".

The title is a tad misleading, but Amazon's wording implies the launch was rather lackluster regardless (at least with regards to pre-orders). They apparently still have "hundreds" of pre-orders to fulfill in other cities. Hundreds! :p

When i say lackluster i mean within context to the rest of the world, of course. Haven't a clue what you'd traditionally expect from India itself.
