Xbox is starting to dominate. Great holiday times await!

It's doing well, not dominating. Dont get ahead of yourself.

This is how it starts.

It starts with offering a consistent flow of high quality and unique exclusives, something that the X1 dreadfully lacks now and will be lacking throughout next year. Temporary patchwork solutions do not permanently boost the baseline. It happened with hyping up Titanfall, removing the Kinect, offering $75 to 360 owners for upgrading, and bundling with Madden. FIFA is no exception to that rule.

State of decay

Phantom dust

Class 4

Halo 5

Gears

Scalebound

Fable legends

Crackdown 3

Tomb raider (first on Xbox)

Those are only from the top of my head but there are others. That shoots down your claim.

Plus this doesn't count anything unannounced yet.

Any of those games coming out in January or February? Or are they all coming out in the fall and holidays?

You've missed the key words of my previous post: consistent, high quality, and unique. The Crackdown series never really took off and I'm very skeptical of Fable considering its steep decline. Phantom Dust is a remake and State of Decay was out on the 360 a year ago. Scalebound is the only game where I consider unique. Halo 5 and Gears are high quality, but they are far aways off from coming out. You can't just list a bunch of games and call it a day.

Those are just your opinions and not facts. Plus you clearly said "throughout next year" that means 2015 as a whole and not Q1 or Q3.

Since when have Gears or Crackdown been announced for 2015?

You're not making much sense, whatsoever. I said consistently throughout next year. Releasing one game in January and then holding off your next major release until September doesn't work. Neither does unloading them all in such a short time span. You want maintain the consumers' interests. And earliest release date I've found out of all those games is "Spring 2015". However, the PS4 will have Bloodborne and The Order: 1886 in February. MLB 15: The Show will of course come out next spring, too.

Also, what I talked about X1's upcoming exclusives weren't opinions. Just because you don't like the facts doesn't make them wrong. The Crackdown series never really took off among the Xbox 360 userbase. The quality of the Fable series took a sharp nosedive with Fable III. Phantom Dust is a remake, which is not an opinion. Neither is State of Decay being out on the 360 a year ago. The fact that Halo 5 and Gears are far away from coming out is also not opinion.

Gears and crackdown are 2016 titles.. And AFAIK Scale bound and phantom dust don't have dates.

Oh wait, the article says that. So then why would the XBO as a whole sell that much better? Still weird.

What's so weird about it?

If the PS4 version sold the best, and it was bundled at the same price as the XBO, how did the XBO sell more systems when it sold less of the game? I'm thinking that FIFA had very little to do with the boost, and it was mostly people excited about the price cut. It's the only way the math makes sense.

I have only seen ps4 tv adverts of fifa 15 here.  Could be the new price drop of the xbone

My thoughts exactly. Not that it's a bad thing, Microsoft and XBO fans should be happy the price cut is having such an effect. Should be more permanent of a boost than a game would give.
