And it being a joint release with the successor also wouldn't surprise me. To people saying when they show gameplay footage they're nearly done, look at Twilight Princess. That looked finished at E3 2004 and didn't show up til 2 years later repositioned as a launch title for the successing system as well as it's target format.

It wouldn't surprise me if Its delayed but I they've been on top of things it should come out next year.

Some people are saying the Wii U needs it and I'd argue that it doesn't. Even if Zelda comes out on time the Wii U needs something significant (something to sell systems) between this holiday and the next.... otherwise Zelda is gonna be nothing more then a Swan Song, in which case the might aswell delay it til 2016 to spread the systems software line up.

When they show it off as an actual game and not a tech demo I will believe a 2015 release.

They won't delay Zelda because it's their big 2015 Christmas title. They'll give it extra resources if need be, but it will be done. Starfox, Splatoon, etc will be sacrificed to make Zelda ready if they need to.

Definitely Not, why? Because I want it to come out in 2015 and Nintendo likes to make my wishes not come true(when it comes to release dates).
