wow nintendo ain't fucking around with the new nintendo 3ds

Loved the comercial, never imaged bowser with pants, it seems i'll get the normal new 3ds for the faceplates, is there a reason why the didn't make them for the new xl?

Samus is like "what the f*ck am I doing in this commercial?".

Hint: 3DS has been selling worse than 3DS XL since when it came out.

When I think about it, there's two reasons.

1. There would be some confusion as 3DS Faceplates wouldn't work on New 3DS XL or vice versa

2. Nintendo still wants the option of limited editions 

I think they should preload a certain theme respective to the limited edition though
