F**k off, Patcher

He keeps saying the same thing every few weeks.

If any of the big 3 were going to drop out of the console market it would be MS simply because they already have a foothold on PC gaming. (In that scenario I'd be more of a PC gamer but not one of those snotty pc elitist types)

Patcher is a douche...

That aside, giving up and focusing on streaming isn't exactly a viable option for anyone. There still has to be fixed hardware.

Imagine sony doesn't make a PS5. And focuses on streaming... streaming what? why would anyone pay sony royalties to stream games when they would do it themselves? Especially since all the games will be built on and for a PC. Hell, steam could just have their own game streaming service and that will be that.

Pachter said it, it must be true...

If you're interested in Nintendo content and understand german, maybe you want to take a look at my youtube channel! :)

Pachter also needs to give up on beeing an analyst. Just my opinion.

You guys just look silly bashing this guy over and over. Is he not damn spot on when it comes to the disaster that is Wii U?

Giving up at this point would hurt their image too much, though I do think the end is near. I have no doubt that the Wii U will have a shorter life-span than originally planned and I can't think anyone would believe otherwise. It will be interesting to see if it dies the same lingering death as the Wii, where they just kind of stop developing new games for it. We'll know it's not long for this world when the schedule is empty.

You know, though, I get the feeling there won't be much discussion in this thread and that it will mostly be dominated by stuff like "Pachters an idiot" and "I guess that means Nintendo won't give up on the Wii U then lol".

Still sucking up to MS i see

I don't know who will win if any of the big three quit the market. But I know who will lose.Gamers.Competition is good no matter how you see it.The lack of it can cause problems shortminded people can't see.
