What? No it hasn't. In fact, it seems NA has been getting weaker this gen, sales wise

For Xbox NA has always disguised weak japan and eu sales of the brand.

Sure, when it was dominating. That's not the case anymore

No its still pretty much in effect.  The Xbox can easily survive off North American sales alone. It managing 114k last week is just a glimpse of that. Moving forward into the fall that should be even more evident.

Except it isn't at all in any way.

i say nay

yeah but look like it will fall behind xbox360 in a short period

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Even during its weakest month, XO sales were still 200k and that isn't likely to be repeated for years. Thats not huge by any stretch of the imagination but its not appalling either. That to me is the reliable North American sales compensating for non existant japanese sales and extremely poor eu sales. Its only reason the xbox hasn't dropped to Wii U levels and the same reason why it will be approaching 10m by the end of its first year.

Facts are everywhere that show that XBO is doing badly everywhere globally in the planet and only doing OK in the US, while still being outsold by PS4.Your hopes and dreams can't change it Jegga!

...Let the Sony Domination continue with the PS4...

It is said that some drink from the fountain of knowledge, while others merely gargle. People certainly gargle of the fountain of sales charts if nothing else.

It may be doing well, but not well enough to be profitable. If huge investments in exclusive AAA games shall pay off, the X1 sales need to be at least on par with 360 or the Xbox division will post huge losses.

I'm not planning to buy PS4 or xbox one until they are significantly cheaper but I've a feeling if I wait too long I'll be fishing out my xbox one from a bargain bin. I'm not sure it will even catch up with wii u this year and is likely to be in third place into 2015. I hear in mainland Europe there are shops that have given up selling the xbox one due to low sales although here in the UK xbox one sales look reasonable. Microsoft seems reluctant to price cut but they have to, to stay in the race. I'm not planning to pick up a xbox one until I can get one sub £200.

The legend returns!

Being outsold by PS4 != Doing Badly... This is a concept a lot of people have trouble with...
