Both toast and jega threads today, I was already expecting it

Also, Forza Horizon 2 is coming to 360 too, not true-next gen at all.

Just because it is coming to Xbox 360 as well doesn't make it not next-gen.

It makes it cross-gen, not true next gen ;)

Still disagree with you on that, but to each is own.

I think it is next-gen game, you say it is not a true next-gen game.

Let's leave it at that.

Xbox One is still moving tons of multi-platform games despite the Playstation 4 version being higher resolution, which shows

that many Gamers just don't care. The Naysayers said people would care and that the resolution difference

would make an impact on Xbox One sales.

The fact that the 360 had 50% share while the X1 still is trying to reach a good 30% even after reaching the same price point as the PS4 shows that gamers do care. Nobody said it is selling horribly, just that it is selling way less than the PS4 and that's a fact.

Let's just agree on two fact that you are trying to twist with your OP:

- PS4 is outselling the X1 2:1. It can change, but right now it's how things are.

- It doesn't matter if X1 games reach 1080p, there is a power difference that will always be there and you just have to read the specs too see it.

Stop creating these same threads over and over trying to prove a point that doesn't exists.

The Playstation 4 has a clear GPU andvantage and a percieved RAM advantage. But if games on Xbox One start to have the same frame-rate

and resolution as the Playstation 4 version, you have to ask yourself, what is really going on?

People make threads that it is over and the PS4 is already the winner.

And I make threads stating that you don't know the future and that the Xbox One can end up selling more consoles.

What is wrong with that?

As I recall when the Playstation 3 was 5 million behind the Xbox 360 at practically the same time because Microsoft launched the Xbox 360

one year earlier and Sony launched the Playstation 3 at $500 just like Xbox One, and $600 dollars. I recall many people saying the gap would

close.

Now what am I saying different from those people?

Haters will always hate no matter how good or bad the Xbox brand sells.
Xbox one is doing great!

Getting outsold by nearly 3 to 1 YTD is not great. Nor is being in danger of getting outsold by its predecessor at the similar timeframe at year's end. If this is what you call doing great, then the PS4 is doing godly perfect.

The main reason why PS3 caught onto the 360 in sales worldwide was because of Europe & Japan. Microsoft doesn't have that luxury, nor is the Xbox brand stronger than the PS brand is worldwide. The trust within the Xbox brand has completely gone outside of the U.S.

Plus you do realize that 3rd party developers will have to use compromises such as lowering the graphics, framerates, etc. just to get games in Native 1080p on Xbox One due to weaker hardware? Turn 10 had to do that with Forza 5, & look at the result:

http://www.cinemablend.com/games/Forza-5-Xbox-One-Graphics-Downgraded-From-E3-Build-60711.html

The system isn't very powerful enough to handle Native 1080p games properly without making compromises, unless they're developing games that aren't demanding on the hardware. Very soon, the hardware differences between the two consoles will start showing more & more once 3rd party publishers & developers starts using advanced gaming engines for future games.

If its a multi platform game it will mean they held back PS4 version to parity.

Because it is, MS them selves said first to 10m means generation winner.

We know more then enough to know it will never out sale PS4, anyone with any market retail experience already knows this.  Products dont just go from dud to mega hit.

PS3 had plenty advantages over 360 that the X1 does not have over Ps4, not a single one.  Thats hows its different, they had things like superior brand name far more powerfull hardware 360s RedRing Sonys 1st party and Eu/Japan being sony land in the xbox vs PS 7th gen battle.

The Xbox One version Call of Duty: Ghosts even outsold the Playstation 4 version in America despite the Playstation 4 being ahead

in Console sales.

True Next-gen first party Xbox One Games like Forza Horizon 2 are running in 1080p like Microsoft said.

Thats the whole problem, some gamers just dont't care. Thats why publishers can serve us with mediocare content and still make money.

There is very little demand for greateness, most of the people are just happy with anything what's served.

Thats why great products are so rare, becouse majority will settle for everage.

Thats why companies like Microsoft can still exist and thrive, delivering everage, ill design, dull products. Steve Jobs was right, "they just have no taste".
