X1 + AC + AC Unity for $329.99, you could then pick up GTAV for X1 as well and it's still cheaper than the PS4.

Indeed it is. It's not as if there aren't any good PS4 deals right now ( http://www.6aming.com/ps4-deals/20/ ), but this deal is along the lines of "way too good to be true". Just imagine if this gets advertised a lot.

It is only better if you want a console with weaker specs. Which when you consider the sales of the two systems it is clear which the people consider better.
