5 copies times 6800 stores....... pLu Walmart, amazon, ebay, crigslist, etc

OMG 1% trade in rate. Destiny = epic fail.

Destiny trade in rate > Hyrule Warriors global FW launch sales.

What was the point of bringing Hyrule Warriors into this thread?

Well technically it was in the op... 'went to my local gamestop today to pick up Hyrule Warriors'

But yeah, it is a bit of a low blow

It's for context since both have almost the same metacritic score.

Now we can corrlate return rates with scores :)

I don't know if I would call that in droves, but it is a pretty substantial number of copies for one store to have.

If that was ironic, this is kind of funny. If not... Well, you should be ironic some times. You could be funny.

Read the OP.

Yep its being traded in big time here in the UK. Over 2,200 copies of the PS4 version alone has been traded into CEX.

In comparison, that have around 1,900 copies of Titanfall for the xbox one.

It would be a low blow if it was possibly true. But a 1% return rate for Destiny will be about 10x lower than the HyWa launch sales.

Also, clearly a Nintendo fan making a very lame attempt to rundown a game which is not on Wii U. So poking a bit of fun back at Nintendo is fair game in a thread like this.

If the OP is expecting no copies to be traded in, then yes 5 odd copies would have amounted to lots, but in the scheme of things, 5 copies per store is tiny.

PS trading in of big games early on is *always* going to happen... just wait till cod comes out or in fact any other major game that sells a lot of copies... guess what it has a higher proportion of trade ins..lol

I noticed from that that CEX is a massive ripoff. There used copies are more expensive than a brand new copy from Amazon!

Irish CEX prices used copies of the X360 minecraft at €35 euros... I can't even begin to try to want to understand their pricing scheme.

It doesn't work like that though, you get a lot more money from trade ins from CEX than anywhere else, even more so than ebay.

Well all games that sell a lot have this problem. Although I wouldn't be surprised if its higher for this game cause the game was kinda a letdown.

Another misleading title against Destiny.
Never have seen so much negativity over a new franchise like this.
