Textures don't look that great, but it appears to have shadows. This is something only modded PC versions of Minecraft have.

Damn... I was kind of hoping that "U Craft" was going to end up being a clone in spirit, rather than in style. I wanted to see a game that plays a lot like minecraft, but avoids the "everything is blocky" design choice that pretty much defines Minecraft as an IP.

I really hope that this takes off. I have wanted Minecraft for the Wii U for so long, so do a lot of people I know in person.
If this does not come to be we have all agreed that we will eventually get it on the PS4 and let the building commence on that platform.

This means nothing to me as I've never played anything by them. However, their BrickBlast U game is reputedly awful. Rejoice!
