Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Convince me to buy Hyrule Warriors

Very simple, convince me to buy Hyrule Warriors. Two things you need to know:

  • I'm a hardcore Zelda fanboy
  • Never played a Dynasty Warriors game in my life
Go ahead

Stop wasting your time to be convinced and sitting on the fence, and go buy it being indesicive is for loosers ;--D

The best thing to do is to watch some gameplay vids. Dynasty Warriors is a one trick pony... Your into it or your not. It is going to be relatively easy to make your own choice about how you spend YOUR money in this case.

Because it's a simple game and great for co- op, it's probably the best way to share Zelda lore with a friend or family member, especially if they're not a skilled gamer or haven't played a Zelda game before.

And it rewards you for knowledge of Zelda NES secrets + other fan service

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

I watched a lot of HW videos, and while I think it looks cool there are a couple of things that bother me (like the brainless enemies).

I have also read a lot of reviews and many of them agree that the game is fun to play but there's nothing much beyond that. I of course don't have a problem with that, but I like to have challenge from time to time.

You can up the difficulty but enemies dont get smarter and they just hit harder when the do manage to attack.

If you get it, do it for Impa

I like Zelda but I don't give a shit about the lore or the characters. I never played a Musou game before. I like God of War.

I very much like Hyrule Warriors.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Make me =P

I will probably never play co-op. This will be a single player experience for me.

If you do not want try, do not buy it. If you want try, buy it. If you do not like, you will sell it.
