Ah yes, good on her! I'm still awaiting my cheque for when they ripped of my life-story in Bambi. Granted, it was a prior life, but I couldn't bear to see my mother die twice and I was actually a fantastic ice-skater.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if they did steal someone's story but I'm not sure if its from her. I've heard that a couple of Disney cartoons are actually based on true stories.

You can't sue. At the end of every movie/show there's fine print warning people any similarities is unintentional. Unless she wrote a very simliar book before this was made. Even then, rarely works. They're covered. And this will fail. Even though this is probably the most stupidest sue I've ever heard of.
