Forums - General Discussion - Do you trust Ebay?

I've done business on eBay for close to 8 years now. Only got ripped off or had problems a couple of times. It's as reliable a site as anything else on the 'net. You just need to be intelligent about what you're buying, read auction descriptions thoroughly, and such.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."

I only got ripped off on eBay once and it was awhile back when PayPal wasn't owned by eBay and wasn't nearly as popular as it is now. If it wasn't for PayPal I would have been out $240. I ended up out $40 as PayPal covered the rest. My uncle wasn't so lucky as he was scammed once for about $400 and didn't use PayPal so he was out all of it.
