two totally different eras Snake (big boss) era and Solid Snake era. Two totally different places, MGS:PP afghanistan, MG south africa. Truth be told is I don't even know why the games featuring big boss are even called metal gear "solid" unless of coure they are replacing he solid with snake.

OT: OMG... 2015 can't come soon enough. Bloodborne, MGS, The witcher 3, FF15, Uncharted 4, Batman AK.... what could possibly top a year like that???

Yes agreed! I watched this last night. I saw it was 20 minutes, so I planned on just watching a few minutes. I ended up actually wishing it was longer. It's not just epic, but comical as well. Kojima proves once again he is one of the most talented developers in the industry. 

MGS 4 is my favorite game of all time, but I wasn't too hyped about MGS 5 until this video. My hype for this is huge now. MGS 5 now joined Uncharted 4 on my most anticipated games list.

to be fair, she was wearing nearly  theexact same outfit that Boss was at the beginning of the demo. I honestly think, more people would take offense if it was just the belts covering up her chest.

The name metal gear solid was for the fact that 3D polygons were "solid" as in the first 3D metal gear game being MGS 1 on PS1.
