yes I am a Nintendo fanboy and I own every console bar wii u, n64 and virtual boy. Also I sold me 3ds. But anyway I am mad to buy a wii u, but I don't want to miss out on the multiplats, especially. Metal gear and resi, defo won't buy a ps4, sorry. But I hate the controller, since ps1 which was a great console. Otherwise. And I just don't trust. Micro, so I'm totally lost. But I swore this is the first gen I am not buying. Two consoles. So guys help me out the cost saving benefit of wii u is swaying me but lack of residents evil is killing me

Why not play games on PC then? You'll get access to the majority of big third party games, including, possibly, Resident Evil and Metal Gear. Kojima has expressed interest in porting the Phantom Pain to PC.

your post makes no sense, you already ruled out all the options.

if your only problem with ps4 is the controller research about third party controllers. but i'd try out the ds4 at a store if i were you cause it's far from the ps1 controller. you know resident evil wont skip playstation and you seem to love RE.

other than that not much i can help you with. it's a choice and all choices have consequences.

This. If you have a decent PC just use that. If not, and you really want multiplat games, the PS4 is easily the best choice. 

Try out the Dualshock 4. Don't like it? Get a PC. Like it? Get the PS4.

Buy a ps4 for exclusive / multiplats.

Buy a new 3ds for Nintendo exclusives. They have better games on 3ds than they do on wii u sadly.

Both are good to have since both will get a ton of 3rd party support.
I went with the xb1 first then getting a ps4 next year
