This is available on digital, I believe, so I firmly believe that this is overtracked.

Over 11 million sounds less desirable than nearly 12 million, if I'm in charge of the PR for this. And, I'd only use the former if I can't twist the numbers enough to make the latter more likely (which is 11.5 million + 1, I guess).
