Also you can ask the foster parents to keep in touch with you about the children maybe out of courtesy? That's if the Foster parents want to reveal themselves though.

That's called sexual harassment.

you've stated that you've had the DNA test to prove they aren't your children.   that means your kids aren't their brothers.

you need to decide what you want.  either you take responsibility for them (even if biologically they aren't yours) or you accept that despite a very sad story they aren't your children in any way.   you're not going to be able to find a middle ground here.   if you let them be put into the system they are going to be as good as dead to you.
