I expect that this time around Bloodsouls will have a sizably larger budget than the older entries in the series. We're getting some extravagance in this title unlike the older entries, and its now also heavily limited unlike past titles by going back to exclusivity after two titles enjoyed X360/PC sales that made up a good chunk of its usual sales figures.
The Order, harder to say, since we don't have a past comparison to judge a "what is good sales" for the titles and how their budgets usually line up.
It'll be interesting to see if the slip in sale numbers continues too for the Souls series, though that may have had more to do with the lesser quality of DkS2 than the series reaching saturation on largely unchanging mechanics (may also be why Bloodsouls is adding some new bells and whistles). This may be why to titles are in one month, in case one of them doesn't perform up to snuff.
