DS4 triiger broke and Sony is charging me to ship it to them. I know people who have gone through 3 already, all due to faulty R2 buttons. This product is udneniably faulty and people should know. If launch 360s were the most fault prone consoles ever released, Sony's DS4 is the most faulty controller ever released. Great design, horrible build quality. I've never know a controller to just break on it's own from regular use. Particularly in such a short product life and especially buttons from normal use.
Can't even take it into a Sony store because for some reason it's not allowed!? Sony could really learn alot from MS, Apple, and Samsung, no wonder nobody wants Sony products anymore. It's like I'm dealing with a poor penny pinching mom and pop store, not a major electronics corporation.
Anyways, so not only will my PS4 be useless for a month, I have to pay to ship it to them and they refusedto reimburse anything for the month of PSN Plus that I already paid for.
Sony needs to own up to their faulty DS4 design, it's becomming its RROD but at least MS did everything they could to mitigate their design failure.
Just letting people know the truth about the DS4.
